Design Inspiration: Winter in Paris

Happy Friday! In the midst of preparing for studio reviews and the holidays, it’s time for a visual vacation.

This video was filmed during the winter season in Paris, the time when most of the tourists are gone and its architecture can be experienced in a way that many people never see.

Enjoy!

We would like to have at least 10 attendees or more before we proceed. Please fill out this survey and let us know if you are interested in attending or not! Thank you! 🙂

Design Inspiration: Swedish Emporia Shopping Center

Discovered on Dezeen.com, the Emporia Shopping Center in Malmo, Sweden is not your ordinary mall.

Consisting of a curvilinear golden glass that stretches across a grid-like structure, the facade of the Emporia Shopping Center is designed to welcome people inside while also allowing daylight to enter in the courtyard. Once inside, visitors can experience three levels of shopping as well as atriums in bolds colors like red, blue, and green. They even can utilize the park that exists on the roof’s structure. Check out photos below!
